SpectraShield® cures in place and is comprised of an application of 3 layers. The first layer is a moisture barrier with a coating of silicone-modified polyurea. The second layer is made of an application of closed cell polyurethane foam that restores the structure to original levels by filling all voids, eroded areas, bug holes and missing mortar joints. The final layer – the pink layer – is another layer of silicone modified polyurea that serves as a corrosion barrier.
